GSH helped improve my muscle tone and "shaky" hands!

Good news from me. I increased the GSH to two packets a day. I took one pack for one month without much change. But when I began with two packs a day, after two weeks I noticed muscle tone returning to my arms and legs; and certain body parts were "lifting". And, when I started to take the GSH both at one time, I noticed that my inherited "Shaky" hands stopped shaking! I'll have blood work done early Nov and check it against the other two to see what my immune system is doing.

I'm doing my own research from a personal aspect. After the blood work, I'll increase to three a day: 2 packs AM and 1 pack PM for two weeks; then I'll take three at one time in the AM. Who knows, I may not recognize my own body after that!
