All orders over $150 in the contiguous US ship free. Shipping costs for all orders under $150 are calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping rates for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories vary based on location. All available shipping options and exact costs are presented at checkout after providing the delivery address for your order. Expedited shipping is available after order processing at an extra cost calculated during checkout.

During the holidays, our corporate office and distribution centers are closed so our employees can be with their families. Each of our carriers (including FedEx, USPS, UPS) observe holiday hours, which may cause delays in pickups and deliveries. We do our best to ensure a timely delivery within these limits. Orders are shipped via Federal Express International services to most locations.

Delivery is usually within 7–10 business days, pending customs clearance. The shipping charge for your order does not include import duties, VAT, tariffs, or any other fees charged by the carrier for customs clearance. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.

To comply with international laws, LivOn Labs will state the full value of your order on the commercial invoice and any other paperwork submitted to customs, minus any charges for shipping.

In the event of a clearance delay, LivOn Labs will assist you in every way possible to ensure delivery. LivOn Labs will not be liable for orders that are refused or held by customs. We encourage you to contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing the applicable regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delays in delivery, or customs rejection. Ask your customs office whether your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

If an order is returned to our facility, we will issue a refund for product that is in re-sellable condition. We will not refund any shipping and handling charges, and we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by any additional fees related to the return of the product. We will not issue any refunds for international orders that are lost or destroyed. If an order is rejected by customs and the cost to return the product to LivOn Labs is greater than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and no refund will be issued for the order. If the products are seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the products.


Purchases made through Amazon, or any third party online or brick and mortar stores, cannot be returned to LivOn Labs. Please contact the Amazon store where your purchase was made.

If you purchased through a LivOn Labs reseller, please contact the reseller for their return policy.

Every LivOn Labs product is covered by our 100% Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee. If you feel you did not receive excellent value from any LivOn Labs product you purchased directly from LivOn Labs, return the unused portion or empty carton and we’ll refund the product’s purchase price.
